Please note orders will go through TWO phases before being delivered:

2. Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. Usually, it takes 7-15 business days. Please check the details below.

Inspideal partners with major international shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex, and EMS.

Unfortunately, you don't have the option to Change the courier, we select the best courier available in your location.

We offer standard delivery.All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through the "My Order" section in your account or "Order Status".
  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping worldwide, except for some remote areas, for which we may add additional shipping fees.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

In order to ensure that you can receive the package in time, please ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing the order.

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service. Please note: Once the order goes through, we can no longer make any changes on the order as well as the shipping method you have selected when you placed the order.

We can only help you modify your shipping address before shipping.
