  • What if your order doesn't satisfy you?

We would like to hear from our customers! If you are disappointed or unsatisfied with your order for any reason,  please feel free to contact the Inspideal team at support@inspideal.com within 7 days from the date of receving your package.

  • How to accurate is your size chart?

We will never be willing to send you something that doesn't fit properly which it might be unavoidable because of slight differences in item sizing by manufacturers. We also provide a size chart available on most of our product pages.

For the best fit, we do recommend buyers to base their choice on the size they normally purchase, it will be better to use a measuring tape and compare your measurements with our size chart as well. Ensure that the measuring tool is always close against your body, but don't hold it too tight. The general rule is close but comfortable - not tight and not loose.

You may also measure your necklaces/rings/bracelet, that fits you well, and compare which size it corresponds to on our size chart.

  • What if received a wrong-sized item?

Before shipping your item, we will always check the size on the tag with your orders. You may be experiencing a difference in size range when the size of the item you received is correct, but fits too big or too small.

You may initiate a return and report the issue through our customer service email at support@inspideal.com. Please remember to include the following details in the request:
• Order Number;
• Name(s) of the Item(s) you want to return;
• Desired Resolution (Refund/Exchange);
• Reason for wanting to return the items (Wrong size/Not consistent with the Size Chart);
• Photos of the item’s price-tag or photos of the item with a measuring device (be sure to show the item, spread out neatly, being measured on a flat surface), showing the difference in size measurement.

Our Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours. And we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. We will send you the return address if you can return the parcel.

  • Do we offer a free return?

Unfortunately, according to our refund policy, if the reason for the refund is not a quality problem (breakage, loss, etc.), we will not cover the shipping fee for return packages.

Attention: Please do not return the parcel to the address specified your parcel, it not the address for return. If you sent goods without notice of Support Service, such goods are not accepted.

  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
