What if your order does't satisfy you?

We would like to hear from our customers! If you are disappointed with your order for any cause,  please feel free to contact the Inspideal team at support@inspideal.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • When will my order ship?

A confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account after an order is received. Usually, orders with standard shipping take 1-2 business days to be processed and delivered. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are thus exempt from registration and delivery times, so when selecting your shipping form, please account for non-business days. When your order has been delivered, you will receive an email with tracking information.
