  • I can't access my account online, what should I do?
If you remember the email address you used to register for the Inspideal account, you can use the Forgotten Password connection to reset your password. Please contact us at support@inspideal.com if you don't remember the email address.
  • How do I track my order?

You will get a confirmation email from us with your specific tracking number once your order is delivered.

  • Can I cancel an unpaid order?

    You can contact our Customer Service to request for cancellation and they will assist you further.

    • Can I cancel a paid order?

      It depends on the status of your order. Unfortunately, if your order has been processed and awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel it. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
